Until recently, Snapchatters on Windows Phone had third-party solutions to choose from, such as the excellent 6Snap. But after Snapchat clamped down on unofficial clients hooking into their systems, all third-party apps were removed. And so the situation is now one of no apps and a lot of frustrated users. There are still no signs of anything in the works from Snapchat either, so for now it's just one long waiting game.
